If as a family

Throughout the year, come and take part in our family visits, where young and old alike can share a moment of discovery of the famous Château d'If.

These one-hour tours for young visitors will allow you to unravel the mysteries of the fortress while having fun at the same time. Architecture, French history, natural heritage protection and, of course, literature are all on the agenda!

Please note: capacity is limited.

Tours for toddlers (3-6 years) are offered during the morning hours!

Prepare your visit

Registration is mandatory.

To get to the Château d'If, we recommend you take the Calanques-If shuttle bus service, located on the Old Port opposite the La Samaritaine brasserie. You'll find shuttle timetables on their website.

The island's terrain is uneven and uneven, so we recommend you wear closed-toe shoes.

Don't forget to bring a hat and a bottle of water because of the hot weather.
